Use a light water spray around the outside of the pot then stir with a paddle. Lift the basket slowly up and down out of hot water 3 – 4 times to allow air to help cool. Do this a couple of times to cool down and stop the cooking process. Do not add ice or water into the pot because it will change the seasoning flavor, concentration and quality. Always use caution when working with hot water to avoid splashing and injury. |

Lift basket out of pot to drain off liquid. Now set the hot basket down on a picnic table, and you're ready to serve! |
